Common questions
Do you offer any support after the clean?
Absolutely. We stand behind the quality of our work. If a genuine cleaning issue is raised during the inspection within 48 hours of the service, please contact us and we'll review it and arrange a re-clean where appropriate.
Do I need to provide any equipment or products?
We bring our own professional cleaning equipment and products. However, if you prefer us to use your own products or equipment, we're happy to do so.
Is oven cleaning included in an End of Tenancy clean?
A full oven clean can be added to your End of Tenancy service for an additional charge. If required, we'll include it in your tailored quote.
How far in advance should I book?
A week's notice is ideal, especially around month-end. However, contact us and we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent bookings.
How do I get a quote?
For End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning and Regular Cleaning, we recommend a free, no-obligation property visit. Seeing the property in person allows us to properly assess its condition, understand exactly what the job requires and provide a fair and accurate quote.
If a visit isn't possible, we can also assess the property from clear photos or videos, together with your postcode and property details, and provide a quote based on the information provided.
What is included in an End of Tenancy clean?
Our End of Tenancy service is a thorough, top-to-bottom clean designed to leave the property ready for inspection. We work systematically through the property, from top to bottom and room by room, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
This includes surfaces, floors, skirting boards, doors, accessible areas, and the inside of cupboards and appliances where required. Carpets are thoroughly vacuumed as part of the service; however, professional carpet cleaning and specialist stain removal are not included.
We pay particular attention to the areas that are often overlooked during a regular clean, helping ensure the property is presented at its best.
Oven cleaning is available as an additional service and can be added to your quote.
